Education
Rugby; Trinity College Cambridge Was in the Sixth Form at Rugby under Doctor Percival, Bishop of Hereford, and in School XV. At Cambridge took 2nd class in Law Tripos, parts i. and ii. Was in the University XV., 1891, and also rowed in one of the College boats.
Career
Called to Bar, Inner Temple, 1892. Practised on the North-Eastern Circuit fill 1900, when became a member of firm, Borries, Craig and Company, export merchants, Newcastle - on - Tyne. Justice of the Peace; Member of Parliament (Liberal) Tynemouth since 1906; Lieutenant Royal Naval Volunteers, Tyneside Division.
