President National Bank of Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, since July 1, 1941. Participated in Spanish-American War, Philippine Insurrection, Mexican Border, World War in Vosges Sector, St. Mihiel, Meuse-Argonne and Ypres-Lys campaigns. Chief of staff, 91st div., September 1917-October 1918, 7th Army Corps, 1918-June 1919.
