In 1959 Herd L. Bennett, a graduate of Duke University and of Cornell University School of Law, returned to Eaton to go into practice with his father. Bennett and Bennett has gradually expanded its client base and now serves the entire state.
In 1991, Gray West. Bennett, a graduate of Duke University and the University of Akron School of Law, returned to Eaton and joined the family firm.
