Yamamoto Hideichi was born in 1894 in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
Yamamoto Hideichi is a graduate of Yarnura Gijuku (Yamura Private School).
In 1915 Yamamoto Hideichi was in charge of Ship Affairs at Kamaishi Mine and then from 1921 served at Sanriku Steamship Company. In 1924 he was transferred to Sammatsu Kogyo Kaisha (Sammatsu Industrial Company).
In 1935 the industrialist established and became representative director of Dempun Kogyo Josei Kaisha (Starch Industry Promotion Company). Later in 1949 he became director of the newly founded Chiba Soko Kaisha (Chiba Warehouse Company).
At that time, he held additional posts of vice-chairman of Chiba Municipal Assembly, vice-president of Chiba Prefectural Employers' Association and Chiba-ken Denki Kyokai (Chiba Prefectural Electric Association), vice-chairman of Chiba Prefectural Chamber of Commerce&Industry and chief director of Chiba Prefectural Starch Industry Cooperative Union.
