Hidetoshi Tomabechi graduated from Tokyo Foreign Language School (1907).
Hidetoshi Tomabechi served as instructor of Tokyo Foreign Language School and thereafter was appointed professor and then president of Otaru Higher Commercial School. After the war was elected four times to House of Representatives; once was nominated Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Agriculture and Forestry.
