Career
Takahashi Hikojiro was managing director of Nagoya Rice Exchange and thereafter served as official of many local food and financial organizations, became permanent councilor of Nagoya Chamber of Commerce & Industry and thereafter became daihyo shain (representative director) of Takahiko Company and president of Nagoya Warehouse Company.
Held several additional posts including those of director of Nagoya Chamber of Commerce&Industry and chairman of Nagoya Chusho Kigyo Iinkai (Nagoya Medium and Small Enterprises Committee).
