After graduating from Tokyo University Hiromu Kasijga entered business and rose to become president of Sumitomo Kinzoku and director of several other concerns including Ōsaka Metallic Industries. He was chairman for the first Far East Sports Meet held in Japan (1923).
Membership
Hiromu Kasijga was a prominent member of sports committees in the Kansai district. He was member of the committee for the 1932 and 1952 Olympic Games.
