Studied at Jesus College, Oxford. Honours in Classics and Law, Oxford. Inner Temple, 1870; and the South Wales and Chester Circuit, 1874.
Bachelor of Arts Oxfordshire.
Assistant Revising Barrister, 1890. Went on Commissions to France and Spain, 1879. Australia, 1893; and Griqualand, South Africa, 1894.
Deputy County Court Judge, 1895. Judge of County Courts, Mid Wales, since 1897.
