The firm now known as Elliott & Elliott traces its beginning to 1949 when Hoyt Elliott, Senior joined the predecessor firm of Elliott & Petree upon the departure of Carl A. Elliott, Senior, who left to serve in the United States.
House of Representatives. Since that time the firm has provided a wide range of legal services in a general practice serving clients throughout northwest Alabama.
Today the firm continues to provide quality legal services in a general practice with an emphasis on civil litigation in local, state and federal courts. Each lawyer in the firm concentrates on certain practice areas.
The firm"s offices remain at their original location.
