Education
Graduated from Tokyo University (1918), and became a lawyer (1919).
Career
Went to America and Britain for study and returned to Japan (1923). Opened the Hozumi Law Office dealing in cases connected with foreigners. Defended Koichi Kido as one of the defending lawyers at the International Military Tribunal (1946). Author of “Study of the British Laws,” etc.
