Lan Hsiang-heng graduated from the Shanghai-Wusong Radio Engineering College.
Career
Mr. Lan was a chief operator of the radio station of the Ministry of Communications, Nanjing, in 1928. He acted as an assistant radio engineer of the National Reconstruction Commission, Nanjing. Lan Hsiang-heng organised the China Electric Engineering Association at Moulmein Road, Shanghai, and engaged in the manufacture of radio outfits proprietor of the Chien Wah Electric Radio Supply Co., Shanghai.
