Hsu has won two singles and six doubles titles on the International Tennis Federation tour in her career. Hsu won her first $50,000 International Tennis Federation tournament at the 2011 Kōfu International Open, partnering with Chan Chinese-wei to defeat Remi Tezuka and Akiko Yonemura in the final. Playing for Chinese Taipei at the Federation Cup, Hsu has a win-loss record of 5–1.
