Worked at Saint Island International Patent & Law Offices (Taipei) specializing in Specializing in the practice of Intellectual Property Law, including Patent, Trademark, Copyright, Integrated Circuit Layout Protection, Fair Trade and Trade Secret Law, and related Litigation. Experience: Technical Consultant of Industrial Bureau, Ministry of Economic Affairs, 1971-1974 and Professor of Tamkang College of Arts and Sciences, August 1975 and Taipei Institute of Technology, August 1973. Member: Chinese Institute of Engineers, Chinese Electric Institute.
