She is also World team silver medalist. She represents Zhejiang province in domestic competitions. Huang has been with the Chinese National Team since 2009.

Huang also competed at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Nanning, China.
In the Team final, she helped the team to a silver medal. Huang did not compete at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Glasgow, United Kingdom because of a shoulder injury.
