C. Chief, Division of Settlement and Reclamation Economics, 1924-1925. Assistant Director, Reclamation Economics, 1925-1929, Director, Reclamation Economics, since 1929. Developed and coordinated medical and surgical policy of Bureau of Reclamation on its 25 irrigation projects.

Representative, Department of Interior on Inter-department Radio Advisory Committee Wrote numerous articles on medical subjects in New York Medical Journal, and on Bureau of Reclamation in newspapers and magazines.


Member of Geography Society.
