He was elected for second term from Maharashtra from 03/04/2014 to 02/04/2020. He is born on 16February 1943 and is Trade Unionist, Journalist and Writer by profession. In June 2010 he was elected to Maharashtra Legislative Council from Indian Natioanl Congress.
