Hyo Sik Chang, Korean research scientist. Achievements include patents for Metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor devices and solar cells; research in areas of solar cell, next-generation memory, and thin-film growth hybrid solar cell, nanoscale Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology, process technology, cell reliability, gate dielectrics and characterization of pn junction.
