Career
Took part in 1917 Revol in Moscow. After 1917 October Revol chairman, Moscow’s Bauman Rayon Soviet. Directed plant at Bezhitsa, near Bryansk.
Chairman, Moscow Province Trade-Union Council. Deputy chairman, Uzbek Council of People's Commissar. Collegium member, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Labor.
From 1931 directed construction of plants at Chelyabinsk, Ufa, et cetera Arrested by State Security organs.
