Ian Kerr, a Union of European Football Associations Pro Licence coach, was manager of Scarborough Football Club in 2001 and author of We Will Be Back: Scarborough"s Farewell to the Football League, a heart-wrenching chronicle of the era in which Scarborough Football Club lost its Football League status on 8 May 1999.
