Rivas was crowned Reinado de El Salvador 2013 and represented her country at the Mission International 2014 pageant in Tokyo, Japan on November 11, 2014.
In 2013, Rivas competed at Reina Hispanoamericana 2013, but was unplaced.
Appointment
Rivas was appointed as Mission Universe El Salvador 2015 by Liz De Castaneda (National Director of NBES). She competed at the Mission Universe 2015 pageant.
