Born in Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Nacho graduated with Civil Defense Numancia"s youth setup in 2012, after a stint at UD Logroñéson
He was subsequently released, and joined South Dakota Almazán in Tercera División. After scoring a career-best 17 goals in the 2014-2015 campaign, Nacho moved back to Numancia, being assigned to the reserves also in the fourth level On 3 November 2015 Nacho signed a new two-year deal with the Rojillos, after already being permanently used in the main squad.
