Igor Mytsko was born on November 23 1965 in Zhodino, BSSR. He got his secondary education in four schools throughout the USSR.

In 1983, he graduated from school and entered Department of Physics of Belarusian State University.
In June 1993, he graduated from Department of Physics as a thermal physics specialist.
Igor Mytsko took part in preparation of All-Union Physicist Day in November of 1987 and 1992.
Wrote humorous stories and scenarios for performances on Physicist Day, as well as articles for ‘Znamya Yunosti’ newspaper, ‘Vozhyk’ magazine, KVN BSU team, Belarusian KVN, Belarusian radio and Russian TV companies.
Being a part of Physicist Day organizing committee he toured in Moscow, Dolgoprudny, Novosibirsk, Dnepropetrovsk, St.Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan.
In May 1992, Mytsko and Zhvalevsky and other activists established the ‘Repa’ (Turnip) club, which became the champion of Belarusian KVN league in May 1993.
In 1997, moved to Moscow to work in ‘Algoritm’ press agency as a reporter, special correspondent, deputy editor in chief. Mytsko wrote articles for IT section in newspapers like ‘Expert’, ‘Izvestiya’, ‘Russky Focus’, ZDNet.ru, InterNet, Computer Reseller News, Gazeta.ru, ‘Komsomolskaya Pravda’ and ‘Encyclopedia of Entertainment’ by Avant+ publishing agency.
He worked as an editor in chief at ‘Third Millennium’ magazine for 2 years.
In 2001, Mytsko in cooperation with Zhvalevsky published a corpus of humorous sketches ‘Kusochki’ (Pieces).
In November 2002, ‘Porry Hatter and Philosopher of Stone’ was published.
In May 2003, ‘Personal Record of Mergiona’ (Porry Hatter 2) was published.
In March 2004, 9 feats of Sen Ayesly (Feats 1-4) (Porry Hatter 3.1) was published.
In March 2005, 9 Feats of Sen Ayesly (Feats 5-9) the final book of Porry Hatter series was out.
In 2003-2004 worked as an editor in socioeconomic projects ‘Foundation of Effective Politics’.
In 2006, an ironic horror novel called ‘You Will Not Be Hurt Here’ was out, which was awarded a prize in ‘Funniest story’ category by ‘Zavetnaya Mechta’ (Devout Wish), as well as in category ‘Best Fantasy Book for Children and Youth’ by ‘Alisa’ award.
In 2007, he took charge of Russian New University’s (RosNOU) site, in 2008 RosNOU’s KVN League.
Mytsko is the author of ‘Bag of Stories by I.M.’ (first corpus from ‘Scary Stories About Mirrors’ series), published by ‘Vremya’ agency in 2011.
In 2011, he became an expert at All-Russian ‘Best Book For Children and Youth’ award ‘Kniguru’.
Mytsko currently works as the head of PR-department at RosNOU, editor of ‘Prosveshcheniye’ newsletter and ‘Natural Sciences’ magazine, as well as a mentor at RosNOU’s KVN League.
