Took part in the Civil War, evacuated after the defeat of the Whites. In the 1920-1930s, served in several armies in Latin America, and in the French Foreign Legion. During the Civil War in Spain, became a colonel in Franco’s army.
Decorated several times by Franco for bravery. During World War II, with K. Kromiadi, organized the first Russian anti-Stalinist detachments under the Germans near Pskov. Later joined the Vlasov movement.
Commander of detachments of the ROA, which in 1945 fought against the Red Army near Frankfurt/Oder. Joined General Buniachenko on the march to Czechoslovakia, and took part in the liberation of Prague, May 1945. After World War II, lived in DP camps in Germany.
Emigrated to Australia.
