Ilhan Kyuchyuk is a Bulgarian politician, Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe.
Education
He graduated from Veliko Tarnovo University “Saint Cyril and Methodii” with a Bachelor in Political studies and a Master of Arts in Law. In 2014 Mr. Kyuchyuk graduated from the Specialized International Cycles in Public Administration (CISAP) organized by the École nationale d’administration.
He has participated in various political trainings, such as the World Forum for Democracy, organized by the Council of Europe. Governing Skills program of the Bulgarian school of politics “Dimitar Panitsa”.

Promoting Tolerance program of the American Jewish Committee and FNF. The Public Policies Academy in Prague.

Career
Ilhan Kyuchyuk is President of the Youth Movement for Rights and Freedom since 2005. Between June 2013 and May 2014 he held the post of Parliamentary secretary of Daniela Bobeva, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria in charge of the economic policy. He served as a political adviser to the Headquarter of the Movement for Rights and Freedom between 2010 and 2014.
Membership
In May 2014 Ilhan Kyuchyuk was elected as a Member of the European Parliament from the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE). Kyuchyuk is a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and of the Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union and substitute member of the Committee on Culture and and of the Delegation for relations with the United States. Since November 2014 he is member of the Human rights Committee of the Liberal International.
Kyuchyuk has been a member of the Youth Movement for Rights and Freedom since 2005 and in November 2012 he became its President.
He was elected as member of the board of the National Youth Forum in 2010 and in 2011 he became the vice president of the organization.
