Imad Moustapha was born in 1959 in Aleppo Syria. Son of Zuheir Moustapha (Mustafa) a university professor of teaching English as a second language, and Aida Kayali, a high school teacher of Arabic literature. He lived in Aleppo (1959-1963), in London (1963-1967), in Damascus (1967-1970), in Sanaa (1970-1974), then back to Damascus since 1974.
Education
Moustapha completed his high-school studies at Ibn-Khaldun in Damascus , then studies electronic engineering at the University of Damascus. He obtained both his MSc. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and PhD. in Information Modelling from the University of Surrey, UK.
