Inagaki Kazuyoshi appointed assistant consul at New York (1936), assigned to the Second Section of the Foreign Trade Bureau of the Ministry (1938), appointed deputy consul at San Francisco (1939), consul at San Francisco (1940), the third class secretary of the Japanese Legation at Mexico (1941) and assigned to the Political Affairs Bureau (1942).
