Inomata Kiz practices law and teaches at Jochi University and Nihon University. After serving as central committee member of Japan Farmers, Union, was elected five times to House of Representatives from Niigata Prefecture. As member of House of Representatives’ Judiciary Committee, played a leading role in move to prevent legislation of Subversive Activities Prevention Law and other "reactionary laws."
