Inoue Isamu joined the Hochi Shimbun (1928) and then Domei Tsushin. Among his works are "France Since Then," "The Fourth French Republic" and "France, Symbol of Plan." Has also translated Erich Remarque’s "Arch of Triumph." Is director of Jiji News Agency.
