Career
He is 1.92 m (6 ft 3¾ in) tall, and he can play at both the point guard and shooting guard positions. Karamalegkos began his professional career with the Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos Athens in 2009. After that, he signed with Amyntas.
In 2013, he signed with Arkadikos.
With Greece"s junior national teams he played at the 2010 International Basketball Federation Europe Under-16 Championship, the 2012 International Basketball Federation Europe Under-18 Championship, and the 2013 International Basketball Federation Europe Under-20 Championship.
