Ira Bruce Schwartz, American Mathematician, physicist. Achievements include research in global analysis of chaotic and nonlinear behavior in a variety of problems, most notably chaotic behaviorin epidemiology and development of new models, chaotic behavior in nonlinear optics models of known experiments.
