Educated Adrian (Michigan) College, 1866-1869.

Career

Admitted to bar, 1875. Practiced at Delhi until 1881. Removed to Hailey, Idaho, 1881.

Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Idaho, 1890-1917 (5 times chief justice). Resumed law practice in firm Sullivan & Sullivan, Boise and Hailey, Idaho, 1917.
