Isaburo Kono served as professor of Niagata Higher School. He became professor of University which was established in 1949 under the new education system. Isaburo published a number of research articles on phase space, and also translated "Science and Hypothesis," "Thought of the Late Years" by Poincare, and "Words of Science" by Danzig.
