Isamu Takahashi graduated from Special Course of Tokyo Art Academy (1939).
Career
Isamu Takahashi contributed to promotion of local art craft. As chief of Ishikawa Prefecture Art Craft Training Institute, exhibited works at government-sponsored exhibitions and served as judge at Nitten (Japan Art s Exhibition). He was instructor of Kanazawa Art Craft Junior College and director of Ishikawa Prefectural Fine Art s Culture Association.
