Ishiguro Yoshimi graduated from Aichi 1st Normal School (1918), and English Course, Nagoya City Trade Language School (1921).
Ishiguro Yoshimi joined the Nihon Hyoron-sha publishing company. He served as instructor of the Tokyo Metropolitan 6th Girls' High School, Director of the National Language Association and instructor of Higher Normal School Course, Hosei University. Ishiguro Yoshimi studied the Japanese language problems such as the characteristics of the Homaji alphabet while working at the National Education Research Institute. Served as Director of the Japan Esperanto Association and central committee of the Japan Writers' Union.
