Career
After graduating from Tokyo University, joined the Ministry of Home Affairs and after being Chief of the Economic Bureau was appointed Governor of Fukushima Prefecture. Later Ishihara Kanichiro entering politics, was elected twice to House of Representatives, on a Liberal ticket. Has been parliamentary Vice-Minister of Foreign Ministry, Member of Executive Board of Liberal Party and Chairman of Trade and Industry in the Diet.
