Ishikawa Eiyo graduated from Tokyo University (1918). He went to U.S.A. (1918) and studied civil engineering. After returning to Japan immediately joined Aichi Prefectural Office and was sent to China, Europe and U.S.A. for inspection and study of civil engineering.
Career
Ishikawa Eiyo became an engineer of the Tokyo Prefectural Office (1943) holding an additional post as instructor of the 2nd Engineering Faculty, Tokyo University. Thereafter, was promoted to Chief of the Tokyo Municipal Office Planning Section. Assumed the post of chief of Tokyo Municipal Construction Bureau (1948). Retired (1951) and became a consultant to Tokyo Municipal Government.
