1922-1924 chairman, Main Cotton Committee and member, Centr Asian Bureau, Central Committee, Russian Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1924-1926 deputy chairman, Moscow Soviet. Presidium member, All-Russian Economic Council.
From 1926 chairman, Board, Centr Union of Consumer Social. From 1930 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Deputy People's Commissar of Foreign Trade. Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics trade representative in Germany.
From 1932 Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissar of Light Indiana. At 14th Party Congress elected candidate member, and at 15th, 16th and 17th Congresses elected member, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Arrested by Stale Security organs.
