In 1906 he graduated from Tokyo Higher Technical School.
Career
Itsuki Nishi started his career at Oji Paper Manufacturing Company and served successively as superintendent of Jiijo Plant and director of that company. Appointed president of newly established Jiijo Paper Manufacturing Company, one of three companies into which Oji Paper Manufacturing Company was divided in 1949. At the end of his career he was director of Japan Federation of Employers Associations.
