Drafted general plan for electrification of Centr Asia, in particular for Chirchik industry power complex. Helped plan Baykal-Amur Highway. Director, Lower Volga project involving construction of Kamyshin Hydroelectric Plant and irrigation of the left-bank regions of the Volga.
