1916 drafted into Russian Army. 1917 company commander. Assistant commander, army training group.
From June 1918 in Red Army. 1918-1920 draft inspector for Krasnoufimsk Front. Commander of a forces group.
Regt, then brigade commander. Eastern Front; 1920-1922 commander, 30th Infantry Division. 1922-1930 commander, 7th, 18th, 11th, 8th then 6th Infantry Corps.
1930-1931 assistant commander, Centr Asian Military district. 1931-1933 deputy head, Red Army Board of Motorization and Mechanization. 1933-1935 commander, Transbaykal Army Group.
1935-1937 commander, Transbaykal Military district. 1937 commander, Centr Asian Military district. 1934-1937 member, Military Council, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics People's Commissariat of Defense.
1918, as regt commander, helped suppress anti-Soviet peasant revolt in Krasnoufimsk Uyezd. 1920 his troops seized Irkutsk and participated in the Perekop assault. 1930-1931 fought against Basmachi movement.
1937 arrested by People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs organs.

Religion is bad because it divides people, and is a cause of conflict and war.
Views
The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
