He is the current manager of Slavia Sofia. He coached Indonesian clubs, Persija Jakarta, Mitra Kukar, and Persipura Jayapura. His top career in Indonesia when managing Indonesia national football team
Prior to his jobs in Indonesia, he coaching Myanmar.
Since 2012, he coaches Myanmar National League top club, Yangon United F.C. In, Kolev was the coach of Indonesia which played in Group Doctorate along with of Korea Republic, Bahrain and Saudi Arabian"s team Indonesia Myanmar.
