1930-1932 postgraduate, and Head, High-Voltage Laboratory, Moscow Power Engineering Institute. 1932-1936 Laboratory Head, Office for Organ, and Rationalization of Rayon Electronic Power Plants and Networks. 1936-1940 Director, Central Production Research Laboratory, Azerbaydzhan Power System.

Since 1940 Deputy Chief, Technology Deputy, USSR Popular Commissariat of Electronic Industry and Electronic Power Plants. 1944-1949 simultaneously Director, Central Electrotechn. Research Laboratory; member, Editor Board, journal “Elektrichestvo” (Electricity).
