In 1960 Ivan Konstantinovich graduated from the School of Working Youth (Kalach city), in 1966 he gratuated from the Literary Institute named after A.M. Gorky.
Ivan Konstantinovich Nikolyukin worked on the construction of the railway in the Crimea (1960-1961), later returned to his native village. In 1967, he moved to Moscow, where about 15 of his books were published, including: "Beginning of the Flight" (1966), "Senokos" (1969), "Mother's Window" (1972), "Songs in the Field" (1979), "Echo of cannon fire" (1985), "I don’t hide love and hate" (1990).
