Graduated from Geological Department of Tokyo University (1919).
Career
Served as engineer of Government-General of Korea, instructor of Suigen Higher Agricultural School, Keijo (Seoul) Higher Technical School, Keijo College of Mining and Science & Engineering Department of Keijo University, technical adviser of Translation Department of G.H.Q. and thereafter became professor of Science Department of Tokyo University (since 1949).
