Background
Radinsky was born in Baku Azerbaijan to father Shpigelman Vladimir (engineer) and to mother Lapidus Dora (musician).

She studied art under the guidance of a Russian artist Moisey Tevelevich Khazanov, professor of Art Institute in Moscow from 1972 to 1974. Later, she was graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
Her work is generally related to oil paintings on canvas reflecting the subject matter of still life, landscapes and dancers and portraiture. She moved to Moscow, Russia at the early age in which she lived until 1990. She had her interest in arts since an early age.
She had her first solo show of arts when she was in 9th Grade.
She continued her studies at the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow with professor Salakhov’s from 1986-1990. She moved along her family to Israel in the year, 1990.
Being inspired by the culture there, she took part in five exhibitions of the country. Her paintings were subject to things such as, landscape, or an object of a still life.
She also studied in a privately for abstract art in Tel-Aviv in 1992.
Iza traveled to various regions of Europe and produced different paintings which were related to urban scenes, architecture of medieval cities, narrow streets and public squares. Later, in the year 1993, she and her family moved to Vancouver, Canada. From 1995 to 1996, Radinsky worked as an art instructor at Russian weekend school in Richmond.
She continues to paint, keeping in mind the subjects such as urban scenes, landscapes et cetera
