The firm also has a substantial fidelity and surety practice. The business and corporate sector of the firm represents several small to medium size corporations and several local banks.
The diversified commercial services provided to international clients are in such areas as bankruptcy, commercial law, tax, contracts, and real estate.
The litigation and business practices are often combined in handling complex commercial litigation matters such as enforcing debtor or creditor rights, bankruptcy litigation, construction litigation and corporate litigation. Additionally, the firm provides services for a number of individual clients in conjunction with probate and estate planning matters.
