J. Kent Miller and William J. McCarren have each specialized in personal injury practice, in Colorado, for more than twenty-five years.
Miller was first a partner, for more than a decade, in a Denver insurance defense firm, but since 1983 has represented accident victims. Miller is the author (and McCarren an editor) of the West Publishing, two-volume reference work: Colorado Personal Injury Practice-Torts and Insurance.
Thomas J. Helms was also a partner in a Denver insurance defense firm, specializing in medical malpractice defense, before joining this plaintiff firm.
