Jack Keane

Career

Together with Willie Hough and Dinny Lanigan he formed the "Hindenberg Lincolnshire", a famous trio of half-backs in the early decades of the twentieth century. At club level Keane enjoyed a lengthy career with Castleconnell, Young Irelands and Ahane.

Achievements

• During that time he won two All-Ireland medals and three Munster medals.

Membership

Keane made his first appearance for the team in a tournament game in late 1912 and was a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement after the 1927 championship.
