Career
Born in Los Angeles in 1959, this self-taught creator first garnered attention for her lesbian focused cartoons in the Baltimore Gaypaper in 1981. After working for years as a freelance artist, she took up tattooing in San Francisco in 1991 while fronting the band LoveScar. The New York City Cartoon Show

She works for charity auctions, composes music, and tattoos at her parlor Charm City Tattoo in Baltimore City.
