Lecturer department religion education, Teachers College Visited France, 1918, as member of commission of Jewish Welfare Board.

Conducted services at General Headquarters, Chaumont, France, fall of 1918.

Assisted in mobile hospital at the front during Saint Mihiel drive, vice-president and member executive council United Synagogue America. Member Executive Committee Rabbinical Assembly of Jewish Theological Seminary, also member board directors.

Member Executive Committee New York Jewish Community. Member American Jewish Committee, Jewish History Society, Judaeans, Phi Beta Kappa.
